We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring that the store meets all customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Management experience in a retail setting
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong background in customer service and team management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience in purchasing and retail sales
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Knowledge of cash register operations and bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
