Q.A. Technician - 2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm)
The Quality Assurance Technician monitors and evaluates manufacturing processes to identify potential issues and deviations from established quality standards. Collaborating closely on the production floor with team members, the Q.A. Tech addresses quality concerns, implements corrective actions, and strives to enhance overall product quality.

• Execution of Daily Plant and GMP Inspections with emphasis on Safety, cGMPs, Allergen warehouse storage, and internal quality standards. 
• Perform Line Clearance and in-process monitoring of packaging lines including daily scale calibration verification.
• Complete packaging-related documentation including batch reviews and reconciliation per GMP and Good Documentation Practices; Accompany Pest Control during routine inspections, routinely check bug zappers, document, and communicate findings. 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

• High School Diploma/GED required some college desired.
• A.A. degree preferred.
• 4 years’ operating in a cGMP manufacturing environment, preferably under 21 CFR 111.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

• Requires standing/walking 50%-70% of the day, roughly 5 to 6 hours. 
• Minimal lifting, no more than 50 lbs.
• Sitting stationery roughly 20%-50% of the day, up to 5 hours, with a focus on computer tasks. 
• Some slight bending/maneuvering.
