The Finance Associate provides support to dealerships and accounting by performing the following duties personally or with administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the retain financing process that provides our customers with financing of equipment purchases
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (VP's, GM's, Territory Managers, etc.)
Support the current relationships with our primary retail financing lender John Deere Financial
Provide finance solutions to grow John Deere sales of equipment, parts, services to meet the needs of dealers and customers
Review and submit finance documentation to settlement team
Work with Finance Manager to reconcile Whole Goods Clearing accounts
Maintain regular on-site attendance
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or related work experience
Construction and forestry experience preferred
Reliable, motivated, and driven to deliver quality workmanship
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to think logically and prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a team and individual setting
