Inventory Control
Inputting Purchase Orders/Sales Orders
Following up on open Purchase Orders
Handling Customer Service
Organizing truck shipments, preparing Bill of Ladings
Preparing International Documents
Basic data entry/invoicing responsibilities
Processing Credit Cards
Reconciling daily reports
Basic office functions
Credit/Collections
Assisting with Sales (processing paperwork)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
