Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and controlling all communication and tracking of projects for the Company. The Project Manager provides leadership, planning, and technical direction, to ensure effective communication with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Leads or attends daily production meetings, both with customers and internally, for the Company to collect or convey information about upcoming projects.
• Communicates and resolves questions with customers about projects at the Company, from planning through shipping.
• Establishes, initiates, and monitors timelines for projects.
• Tracks specific aspects of a project from concept to shipment.
• Inputs quote, project information and maintains daily reporting.
• Assists Shipping Manager with checking load plan information from customers for accuracy; prepares load plan spreadsheets for shipping team.
• Assists in shipping and receiving as necessary.
• Prints production or shipping labels when required.
• Generates purchase orders for supplies and orders supplies for the Company as needed.
• Creates an environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
• Adheres to all Company practices, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management.
• Practices a high level of professionalism in any activities or duties related to the Company.
• Handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact.
• Completes all records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicates at all levels within the organization
• Attendance is an essential function of the role.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written, oral communication and facilitation skills.
• Excellent listener and encourager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong prioritization, organization and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specs.
• Creative and change-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
