DirectDerm’s mission is to improve the delivery of high-quality dermatology care and enhance our patients’ lives. DirectDerm connects patients and referring physicians to the leading dermatologists through a secure web and mobile platform for timely, affordable consultations and accurate and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans. We are looking for a bright, passionate and dedicated individual to join our medical team in Salinas, CA.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients and describing the nature of the service we provide

- Rooming patients and verifying medical histories

- Taking high-quality digital images of patients' skin conditions using guidelines on clarity, lighting, distance, markings, angle, etc.

- Coordinate patient care with DirectDerm's Service Center and Medical Clinics

- Assist dermatologists in clinics/ procedures

An ideal candidate would preferably have a minimum of 1 year MA experience. However NEW Medical Assistant graduates are welcome!. In addition, we are looking for candidates with:

- Bilingual skills - English and Spanish (Required)

- Computer/ tech savvy

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

- A self-starter who thrives on change and challenge

- Detail and quality oriented

- Candidate must be highly professional, personable, and share our commitment to provide great patient care and service

- Must be willing to work weekends

- Must be extremely dependable and reliable

Compensation can depend on experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
