Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital (AGBH) is an 80-bed facility, serving the Adolescent, Adult, and Detox / Rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah.

Purp ose :

Provide clerical, technical, and general administrative support to Business Development. To promote the effective flow of information and to manage office services in a manner that positively supports hospital operations.

Job Functions :

• Process department check requests, purchase orders, and expense reimbursement paperwork in a timely manner.
• Organize schedules for tours, events, and other trainings.
• Makes arrangements for attendance and exhibiting at various nationwide conferences by community liaisons and maintains up-to-date files.
• Data entry for Business Development contacts.
• Compiles Month-end reports of MS4 data.
• Maintains department office supplies and coordinates printing of Business Development materials.
• And more as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Comfortable using a computer
• Able to work productively when the pace is fast or when it slows down
