Front Desk Agents, second shift Panama City Beach

We are looking for two second shift Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and assisting them with requests. We manage the front desks at Calypso Beach Resort Towers and Grand Panama Towers in Panama City Beach. The environment is beautiful and fun with true team spirit. Our staff supports and helps each other every day.

This is a very important second shift position and the hours are 3 PM 11 PM, ideal for those who hit their stride in the evening! It is a safe environment where the guests are all on vacation and happy to be there. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

We offer a full benefit package including paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, plus 401K with company match. Pay is $14-18 hour based on experience. We are an established company who promotes from within, so come be a member of our team!

Responsibilities

* Perform check-in and check-out tasks

* Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

* Register guests and collect necessary information

* Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

* Provide information about available rooms, rates, and amenities

* Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

* Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guest needs

Qualifications

* 1 year experience in vacation rental or hotel guest services required

* A terrific customer service attitude

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
