### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Setter / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team in our Bolingbrook, IL office. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in the federal sector by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within Federal Tier-1 companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or telemarketing, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT services landscape.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify potential leads within targeted Federal Tier-1 companies.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to present our IT services offerings.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies and messaging to improve engagement rates.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and federal procurement processes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for appointments set and qualified leads generated.
### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Call Setter, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the IT or federal contracting sectors.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions relevant to the federal government.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and how Tier-1 companies operate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track calls and manage lead information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
