We have a 5-star rating through Guiding Stars of Duval, an accredited association that provides a quality rating improvement system for childcare centers throughout Duval County. Location: 8625 Old Kings Rd. S., Jacksonville, FL 32217
What We Offer:
- $500 sign-on bonus ($250 paid at 30 days and $250 paid at 90 days)
- $15-17 Hourly
- If you bring your paystub to the interview and we decide to hire you, we will beat your current pay by at least $.50 cents!

Who Are We Looking For?

What You'll Do:
- Guiding Classroom Operations: Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience.
- Building Meaningful Connections: Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.
- Fostering a Positive Environment: Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Age: Be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Certification & Education:
- Completed and active DCF 45 Hours.
- Active CDA or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE
- Training Requirements:
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a Background Check.
- Shift : Ability to work 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
