Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Anchorage, AK

Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry is Anchorage’s highest rated pediatric dental specialty clinic. Bitesize needs an experienced receptionist who is excited about taking care of children and wants to make going to the dentist fun! We are looking for an energetic team member who is willing to learn and help Bitesize grow. Our vision is to provide our patients with a dental experience that will promote a lifelong dental relationship built on trust, confidence, high quality of work, and exceptional patient care.

Duties
- Duties would include answering calls, meeting and welcoming patients, data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining emails, verifying insurance, as well as other office duties as needed. TEAMWORK is a must!

Experience
- 1 year dental reception experience (preferred)

- Proficient with Open Dental software (preferred)

-Billing and Insurance verification experience (preferred)

We are excited to welcome a new member of our team. As a receptionist, you will get the opportunity to be the face of the practice. Especially when working with children, every step of the experience makes a difference. A warm, friendly face is of utmost importance!

Hours
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with some overtime as the schedule needs.

- Opportunities are available to travel for overtime and travel pay as well.

Benefits
- We offer a competitive hourly wage and paid holidays. Paid sick leave and vacation time. Potential for bonuses as well. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience. On the job training available. Health insurance offered. 401k with match.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
