As a Lead MechanicalEngineer at Campos EPC you will be responsible for mechanical engineering anddesign including design criteria, material selection and equipment sizing incompliance with codes and standards. You will work closely with client projectteams to determine work scope requirements, monitor and control project costs,and pro-actively resolve variances from project plans.

KEYJOB DUTIES

* Designoil and gas pipelines, pipeline metering facilities, gas compressionfacilities, liquid pump stations, gas processing, dehydration, heaters, filterseparators, and slug catchers.

* Designhydrostatic tests, pipeline replacements, station replacements.

* Designhydrostatic tests for pipeline segments that require a valid strength test toestablish the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) of thepipeline. Review historical documents, verify prescribed test boundariesand identify potential hydrotest obstacles.

* Responsiblefor pipe sizing calculations, valve sizing, hydrostatic test design; hydraulicdesign, compressor designs, pump designs, interactions with regulatory andpermitting agencies as well as other pipeline engineering support.

* Specifymaterials and equipment for purchase, using data sheets when required. Writeequipment specifications for purchase when required.
