Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is currently hiring for a full-time Plumber Manager to lead our team of plumbing technicians in the Spokane Valley, WA area. This service manager position earns a competitive pay of up to $150,000 a year, depending on performance with a $10,000 signing bonus for PL01 licenses and $5,000 for PL02 licenses, paid out in monthly installments.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Plumber Manager, you take calls to assist service techs and helpers in performing their job duties by solving problems and answering questions. You are a very hands-on leader, so you take one day each month to train by going to jobs with technicians and teaching them different skills. When service problems are identified, you kindly provide technicians with feedback as well as monitor their monthly numbers to provide the appropriate coaching. Your leadership and friendly disposition put you in a great place to openly communicate and help our team. You also help the business manager identify needed equipment, make orders, and create policies and procedures. Some of your administrative duties include monitoring ServiceTitan and reviewing invoices as well as looking for problems with pricing jobs, missing quotes, and upsells. Mentoring team members and seeing them develop their skills gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
