They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools and equipment.Service Specialists are generally offered as a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential. Requirements/Responsibilities
Alignment / Tire & Wheel Technician (tire tech) Requirements:Must have have at least 3 years experience in:* Front end steering and suspension repair* Alignment Certified* Ability to mount, balance, install tires & wheels* Use of tire machine and balance machineAdditionally:* Overseeing all activity in the installation shop* Place product and supply orders* Check-in delivered merchandise* Label merchandise with item numbers* Organize delivered merchandise* Handle “Return to Vendor” merchandise when necessary* Identify and properly tag all returned products* Clean and maintain returned products* Maintain an organized inventory system* Control parts spending* Must be able to lift and organize heavy productOther Requirements:* Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history* Pass drug screen & background check* Professional Proficiency in English Benefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Paid training* Vision insurance* Plus Bonus on EVERY New Work Order completed
