Description
The HR & Payroll Coordinator position manages various aspects of the HR and Payroll processes at Soapy Joe’s. The primary objective of this role is to assist in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timecards, payroll, and accurate management of employee files. The coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to multiple functions within HR including payroll, training, benefits, employee relations and employee engagement. The goal of this position is to create an efficient and streamlined HR and payroll process, while ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
