We are looking for Personal Care Workers who are interested in working in the Longmont area and other areas in Boulder County.

We have shifts available for Personal Care Workers! PCW services include companionship and socialization, transportation and companionship to activities and errands, shopping, cooking meals, pet care, light housekeeping, toileting, bathing, and dressing. We carefully pair our PCW's with Clients based on interests and needs and what services you are comfortable providing. We provide the training you need to provide the highest quality care. Our goals include building teams of mature, active Caregivers who have a passion for helping others and are committed to helping seniors stay safely in their homes.

Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour

Ideal Candidates Must have (be):

· Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and are personable. 40 years old (helps with compatibility)

· Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family.

· Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must.

· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

· Verifiable work and professional references

· Ability to pass a criminal background check.
