Job Description:

The ALL-GAS and Equipment Company is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Hartford, CT. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting a variety of data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies, and making corrections as needed.
• Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
