HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all projects including managing, coordinating, and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Tepcon’s quality standards. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for the oversight and support of the Project Managers as well as the promotion of company safety culture.

WHY WE WOULD BELONG TO TEPCON CONSTRUCTION

• You have strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook,,BlueBeam and Construction Software CMIC
• You have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
• You have 8 - 10 years experience as a project manager preferred.
• You have experience with Estimating and Conceptual Estimating.
• You exemplify company core values (Teamwork-Safety-Respect-Family Oriented-Purpose Driven-Fun Loving)
