Bilingual Supervisor (Janitorial / Facilities Services)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Supervisor to support our company's daily operations in a hospitality facility in Bluffton, SC The Bilingual Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees and maintaining cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency.

Supervises all night cleaning team members

Reviews and approves team members hours

Develops and trains employees on cleanliness standards, safety and company policies and expectations

Meets with customers daily or weekly to review scope of work & resolve issues while also building a strong working relationship.

Ensures scope of work is being completed according to Triad standards
