The Care Partner 2 assists in the provision of patient care and clerical support under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Care Partner 2 is responsible for meeting and maintaining established patient care standards and providing patient/family centered care while providing service excellence. The position performs all of the duties of the Care Partner plus additional duties for which the individual is trained and deemed competent. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Care Partner 2 Skills & Responsibilities.

Position will be responsible for all skills & responsibilities of the Care Partner position, as well as being competent in the skills of foley catheter insertion, IV insertion, basic wound care, crash cart inventory and being monitor trained and reading arrhythmia strips.

Shift: Rotating 12 hour shifts (6:30a to 7p and 6:30p to 7a)
