Job Summary The Associate Sales Executive is responsible in assisting the Sales Executive for Specialty Products in all new business and renewal activities. This is a hybrid role - supporting Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing (top five): Provides support to Specialty Products sales executive in all new business sales and renewal activities Completes all intake forms for quoting and implementing Specialty Products. Manages account set up for products within the Sales Automation tools according to established departmental guidelines. Acts as liaison between member, clients, brokers and Point32Health internal departments to reach resolution of any Specialty Products escalated service issues. Accompany Sales Executive to broker meetings to build and maintain strong partnerships Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day! (Same for all job descriptions.) Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications – what you need to perform the job Qualifications – what you need to perform the job Education, Certification and Licensure Bachelor's degree preferred. Broker’s license required within 90 days of hire Experience (minimum years required): Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in finance or in the healthcare benefits industry working for a group, insurance carrier, broker or general agency preferred. Skill Requirements Knowledge of group insurance. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and writing skills. Must be able to follow directions, be detailed, organized and resourceful. Ability to work under extreme pressure (tight deadlines & juggling multiple projects simultaneously). Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel): Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required. Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations. May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
