This position consists of answering phones, filing, scanning, copying and related general office tasks. Support the project managers by making airfare, lodging and car rental arrangements. Support accounts payable by entering jobs, batching pick tickets for purchasing and timecards. Follow instructions and communicate effectively. Need to be dependable and punctual. Ability and willingness to pivot and change priorities when needed or as assigned. Have a strong work ethic, be reliable and dependable by following through with commitments.

This would be a good entry level job for someone trying to start out in office work or someone looking for a good job they don’t have to take home.
