Car Town is Hiring a Service Manager Near Monroe, LA
Duties:
-Computer knowledge is a must to order parts
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all service requests
- Schedule and assign work to service technicians
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians as needed
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with oil changes, air brake systems, wheel alignments, transmission repairs, auto body repairs, brake repairs, suspension systems, diesel engine repairs, and tire services
- Excellent Organizational skills and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling and basic accounting principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
