RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SOW - Operations Specialist in Beaverton, OR.
Summary:
As our Global Apparel Operations Systems Specialist, you will be a key player in helping the company development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. You will collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization. Furthermore, you will help execute and document new and existing tools. The SOW - Operations Specialist will deliver efficiency and enable the maximum capacity of teams leveraging the Service through data analytics.
You will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You will also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
* Detail oriented transfer of information from one system to another
* Create training, procedural and system documentation
* Help develop detailed project plans (scope, resources, timeline, quality, and risk) for operational projects and successfully deliver key projects in collaboration with cross functional teams on time
* Understanding of relational databases and information systems
Key business outcomes: As a part of the Project, you will drive the following activities and outcomes for each sprint:
* Sprint Planning
* Analysis, solution designing, and implementation: Conduct research on Smartsheet, Miro, and Excel to see how the company can utilize the tools; Leveraging of Excel, Smartsheet, and Air table to deliver Services
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline or technical certificate
* 2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
* Team player/Collaborative across diverse stakeholders
* Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity
* Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations
* Ability to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and mange time wisely in a fast-paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Technical Writing and System Documentation skills
Technical Skills:
* BSA (Business System Analyst) Type Role - Knows enough on the tech side
* Detail oriented, ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences
* Experience with Confluence and Lucid Chart (nice to have)
* Process mapping, Flow charting, Systems diagraming
* Agile methodology
* SmartSheets
* Miro
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
