Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Duties:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
