Data Entry ClerkDuties :
Scanning through information to identifypertinent information.
Correcting errors andorganizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift andaccurate capturing.
Creating accuratespreadsheets.
Gathering invoices statementsreports personal details documents and information from employeesother departments and clients.
Ensuring data is backedup.
Informing relevant parties regarding errorsencountered.
Storing hard copies of data in anorganized manner to optimizeretrieval
Data Entry ClerkRequirements :
High school diploma.
Goodcommand of English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Wordand Excel.
