Location: Portage, WI

Setting: Hospital

Term: ASAP- 3 months, with option to extend

Pay Rate: $115-120/hr

Shift Schedule: 0600-1430. 24 hours per week

A correctional facility in Portage, WI is looking to hire part-time dentists to be responsible for the practice of general dentistry and all matters requiring professional judgment; monitoring dental disease, restoring and maintaining dental function, and assisting in the maintenance of good dental health and well-being of patients.

Qualifications of Dentist:

· Active WI Dentistry License

· Active BLS certifications

Duties/Responsibilities of Dentist:

· Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Assessing patients' oral health and diagnosing dental conditions through exams, X-rays, and other diagnostic tools.

· Preventive Care: Providing education on oral hygiene, performing cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to prevent dental issues.

· Restorative Procedures: Treating dental problems such as cavities, broken teeth, and gum disease through fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and other restorative techniques.

· Patient Management: Communicating effectively with patients, managing dental records, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.
