ATI provides environmental engineering, remediation, and construction services, as well as Military Munitions Response Program support to the U.S. Department of Defense, including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Interior, U.S. Department of Energy, and other federal and state government clients. ATI has a current need for a part-time or full-time Senior Environmental Professional to fill a remote position. The Senior Environmental Professional will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across the US including multi-year Performance Based Remediation (PBR) contracts, and emerging contaminant (PFAS) investigations and remediation.
Responsibilities
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing clear and concise technical support as part of the project team. Must be a team-oriented person willing to conduct a variety of assignments and write cohesive report sections on the evaluation of investigative and remediation results.
Required/Preferred Skills:
Required skills include a deep knowledge of environmental investigations and remediation projects regulated by RCRA and CERCLA and the ability to develop documents based upon that knowledge; must be able to execute multiple project tasks under varying schedule demands; excellent communication and organizational skills; experience working under detailed quality assurance/quality control programs.
Required Education and Achievements
Minimum of B.S. degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related field.
Ideally, you’ll also have a master’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental studies, or other closely related degree.
Professional registration (e.g., Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist) or the intent to obtain and maintain professional certification.

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
