Job Duties:

• Duties include manual labor, work zone safety flagging, and managing the flow of traffic to allow passing.
• Direct traffic at construction sites, roadwork zones, and other designated areas.
• Implement traffic control plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs.
• Communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and construction workers to provide clear instructions and guidance.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures, as necessary.
• Report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Oregon Flagger Certification

Preferred:

• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Work Zone Safety certification.

Location: Eugene, OR

Type: Temporary – May 6 thru May 24

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 7am-5pm

Hourly Rate: $19-21 per hour
