Facilities Manager - Berlin

BioTalent is currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation specialising in clinical trials. They are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee all technical operations at the Berlin site and support inspections by external auditors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Maintenance & Repairs: Plan and manage all maintenance, renovations, and minor repair tasks.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain equipment to meet health, safety, and pharmaceutical standards, including qualifications.
• Handle Documentation & Inspections: Document maintenance activities, support inspections, and communicate with clients as needed.
• Track Resources & Admin Tasks: Monitor resource usage, optimize costs, and perform light administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Skilled and Experienced: Vocational training with solid experience in facility or building management.
• Technically Proficient: Strong in maintenance, technical operations, and basic commercial tasks.
• Reliable and Team-Oriented: Organized, committed, and works well independently or in a team.
• Language & Compliance: Fluent in German and English.
• Cleared for aviation security checks.
