A fast-growing EdTech company focused on revolutionizing student learning through AI-driven solutions. The company provides an interactive and community-driven platform designed to enhance study experiences. With strong market expansion plans, this role offers early involvement in scaling operations and shaping the sales strategy in higher education.


What will you be doing?

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify customer pain points through consultative deep-dive calls
  • Drive branding and employer branding campaigns for clients
  • Sell to universities, employer branding teams, and corporate HR teams
  • Handle deals in the range of €10K-15K ACV, scaling upwards


Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Ad Sales
  • Fluent in German
  • Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment
  • Want to be in the office!

Salary Range:

  • Base salary: €60K
  • Commission: 10% on every deal closed (uncapped)
  • Total earning potential: €100,000
