Head of Sales – Financial SaaS (Munich, Hybrid)

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company in the financial compliance space, is looking for a Head of Sales to take over closing responsibilities from the CEO and lead the transition from founder-led to sales-led growth. Their AI-driven platform helps financial institutions streamline KYC/AML processes – reducing verification time from days to minutes.

You’ll lead a small but growing team (SDR, AE, Founder’s Associate) and work on complex, high-value deals (€50K to multi-million), selling into factoring and payment firms with sales cycles of 9–14 months.

What you’ll do:

• Coach, train, and scale the sales team
• Own and close strategic midmarket/enterprise deals
• Build and optimize sales processes and team structure
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams

What we’re looking for:

• Native German speaker based in Munich
• 3 years closing experience in B2B SaaS (midmarket/enterprise)
• 1 year team leadership (formal or informal)
• Background in financial services or similar deal complexity preferred
