What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the controlling function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, working closely with senior leadership.
Drive the implementation of efficient financial processes that help improve the business.
Support and mentor a team, creating a positive, collaborative environment.
Develop insights and strategies that help us optimize our financial performance.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies, keeping everything on track.
Build strong relationships with various teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in controlling or finance roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
Strong skills in administrative processes and a proven ability to implement change effectively.
Excellent Excel and financial software skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
A proactive communicator who can easily build relationships with people at all levels.
A problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
