💼 About the Role:
As a Financial Controller, you will act as the key contact for both national and international branches, supporting business leaders with strategic insights, robust reporting, and forward-thinking financial guidance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted partner for operational teams on all controlling-related matters.
Drive the budget and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead the creation and evolution of meaningful management reporting.
Conduct profitability analyses and investment appraisals for senior management.
Play an active role in finance transformation projects and process optimization.
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
Several years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in mid-to-large sized companies.
Background in auditing or consulting would be a plus.
Proven ability to contribute to change and transformation initiatives.
Strong skills in SAP and Excel; familiarity with BI tools such as Cognos TM1 or Power BI is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a confident, collaborative approach.
