Codex are working with a leading international logistics and innovation-driven organization is looking for a IBM Planning Analytics Engineer to join its central Controlling team. With a strong foundation in digital transformation and sustainable business models, the company combines tradition with innovation across more than a dozen countries.
Your Role:
As the key point of contact for Planning Analytics, you'll support, develop, and administer planning systems used by Controlling and Finance teams. This is a highly collaborative role involving system integrations, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary support for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) users.
Develop, support, and maintain controlling and planning applications.
Conduct user training and promote system best practices.
Integrate IBM Planning Analytics with ERP and BI systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Contribute to project work and system improvements.
Maintain documentation and create scalable processes.
Your Profile:
Degree in Business Informatics, IT, or Business Administration with an IT focus.
3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar tools (e.g. Jedox, Anaplan).
Strong SQL, ETL, and programming skills (Python, MDX, VBA).
Solid understanding of controlling/finance processes and business models.
Experience with agile project methods (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
