We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is seeking for an ambitious

Head of HR DACH (m/f/d)

to lead HR in the DACH region out of their Düsseldorf office. The Head of HR will be responsible for approximately 250- 300 employees in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and operational HR processes in the region
• Translate the growth of the company into HR
• Lead the relationship with the different works councils of the company in Germany and negotiate agreements
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes from a strategic and operative perspective whenever needed
• Provide advice to the management team on all HR and employment law matters
• Oversee three sites in the region with approximately 250-300 employees

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, with a strong knowledge of German Labour Law
• Several years of experience in a HR-Management or HR Business Partner role; ideally with background in manufacturing, pharma, or chemical company
• Solid labour law knowledge
• Experience managing relations with works council in Germany
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
