This role is a critical component to catapult the growth forward, establishing and executing their commercial strategy with enterprise customers leading to the company becoming the industry standard for private market investments.
Principal Activities
Your key focus is acquiring new business in the private investment space
Build and maintain relationships between the company and General Partners (GPs) of prospect and client funds
Understand the challenges faced by prospects and customers and develop account plans for specific lists of target accounts, including demand generation and closing plans
Be in touch with the competitive landscape to assist in creating win-based proposals and pricing
Collaborate with the marketing and growth development teams to develop strategies for generating demand and increasing customer engagement within the target accounts
Competences
5 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in full sales cycles for high-value and complex products in the SaaS space
Experience and understanding of private (fund) markets
Relationship building and communication skills that allow you to win trust with authenticity and expertise
Customer-centric approach: you proactively understand and share their customers' goals
SaaS Sales Operational Excellence: you think about optimisation, the math of their sales engine, conversion rates and end-to-end sales funnel and pipeline management
Business fluency in German and English due to the initial focus of the role in the DACH market
