Your tasks:
Supporting the newly appointed notary in setting up the notary office
Drafting, preparing, and processing contracts, deeds, and other documents, especially in the area of corporate / M&A / real estate law
Independently handling correspondence with authorities, courts, and parties involved
Preparing notary fee invoices
Maintaining the notary's books, including the register of deeds
Working with contracts in the English language
Your profile:
Successfully completed training as a Notary Clerk or Notary Specialist
Several years of professional experience in a notary office, ideally with a focus on corporate and real estate law but this can be flexible
Proficient in MS Office and relevant notary software
Enjoy setting up structures for a new notary office and have organisational talent
Accurate and independent working style
Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of legal terminology in both written and spoken
Driven to succeed, with a strong team spirit
