Cyber Security Specialist – DORA & BCM

Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist – DORA & BCM to lead and enhance their operational resilience strategy. In this key role, you will ensure their financial services operations align with DORA requirements while maintaining robust business continuity planning. You will work cross-functionally with risk management, IT security, and business units to mitigate risks and enhance resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of strategies to ensure full compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• Develop, test, and refine business continuity and disaster recovery plans to mitigate operational disruptions.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks related to IT infrastructure, cyber threats, and third-party dependencies.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
• Establish and refine incident management processes to ensure swift recovery from disruptions.
• Develop and conduct training programs to embed resilience principles across the organisation.

Your Profile:

• 2 years of experience as a Cyber Security Specialist
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich
