We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Senior Data Engineer with proven experience in data architecture. Your main tasks will include:
Understand and document business processes and data flows directly from functional experts (e.g., SAP, Salesforce.com).
Design and build robust ETL processes and real-time data pipelines, with a focus on automation and scalability (e.g., AWS Glue, custom ETL scripts in Python).
Model and design the data warehouse curated zone, leveraging Data Vault methodology, with implementation on Snowflake.
Partner with BI specialists and IT experts to document data processes and architectures in the data catalog.
Share your expertise with business stakeholders and technical teams to foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data architecture and scalable data model design, specifically leveraging Data Vault.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift) and Snowflake.
Familiarity with modern data pipelines and real-time data processing.
Independent and solution-driven way of working.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
