Data Protection Manager
Your Role:
Provide independent legal, strategic, and operational advice on data protection and compliance matters for our organisation and its affiliated companies.
Review and negotiate contracts related to data protection and data management, including data processing agreements and data transfer arrangements in compliance with relevant regulations.
Contribute to the organisation’s broader data protection and compliance framework.
Identify, document, and assess risks associated with data protection, compliance, artificial intelligence, and data management.
Develop and implement training programs for employees and management on data protection and compliance topics.
Your Profile:
A completed law degree (first and second state examination) or an equivalent qualification.
Solid, proven expertise in data protection law and a good understanding of IT-related topics.
Knowledge of compliance is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong ability to apply complex data protection and compliance regulations in a dynamic, solution-oriented manner.
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and experience in training employees and presenting results.
Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in an international, cross-functional environment.
