We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation / Strategy Manager

to drive corporate strategy with a focus on digital transformation and digital ecosystems. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities, manage high-impact projects, and support business growth through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital transformation and ecosystem strategies.
• Facilitate strategy discussions and provide consulting support to senior leadership.
• Manage strategic projects on behalf of senior executives and corporate divisions.
• Conduct research, business reviews, and evaluations of future opportunities.
• Optimise the digital strategy execution process across the organisation.
• Address key business challenges, such as:
• Enhancing customer loyalty.
• Increasing connected appliance adoption.
• Driving online sales growth.
• Identifying AI and GenAI use cases for the company.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in digital strategy / transformation, preferably within a consulting firm
• Expertise in organisational restructuring, process optimisation, and digital strategy definition.
• Proven ability to define priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience in cross-functional transformation beyond IT execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders up to board level.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and execute projects in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English.
