Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner. In this role you will play a central role in shaping digital products in an agile environment. Your leadership, vision, and structured approach will drive product success from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire an agile development team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work culture.
Own and manage the product backlog and ticketing processes, ensuring clarity and prioritisation align with business goals.
Work closely with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into innovative, user-centred concepts.
Create well-crafted user stories that clearly communicate complex needs and serve as a foundation for development.
Collaborate with developers and software architects to co-create practical, forward-looking solutions.
Use a combination of creativity and structured thinking to identify opportunities and improve existing processes.
Your Profile
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within digital health, health IT, or data-driven product environments.
A degree in business informatics, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of data management, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks in a digital health context.
Practical experience with agile methodologies and strong skills in facilitation, communication, and teamwork.
Passionate about problem-solving, curious about diverse topics, and fluent in both German and English.
