As Process Engineer (m/f/d), you will be involved in data analysis projects for our global sites. You will drive exciting digitalization projects and initiatives within installation & commissioning. You will be at the forefront of process optimization, working with diverse teams to detect improvement potential and develop robust solutions. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring that Siemens Energy remains a leader in the energy sector.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Coordinate BIM (Building Information Management) for installation & commissioning, ensuring flawless alignment between collaborators.
  • Represent installation & commissioning as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) in BIM development Jour Fix.
  • Manage functional specifications for solutions to be developed, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Pilot and monitor the implementation of solutions, collecting valuable site feedback to refine processes.
  • Support the rollout of new sustainability reporting to project sites, analyzing data for baseline and target setting.
  • Coordinate and support the annual skill view dialog in the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP), helping to develop and maintain our team's competence.


What You Bring

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering
  • First professional experience, ideally in data preparation and analysis or process optimization.
  • Strong skills in process change management and the ability to build and release instructions for processes and digital tools.
  • Proven ability to drive digitalization projects and initiatives, demonstrating outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Determination to successfully implement new activities and drive balanced solutions.
