As a Global Process Manager (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, your extensive experience in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) arena for Direct Material will be pivotal. In a typical day, you will use your advanced SAP S4 and SAP ARIBA technical knowledge to spearhead the refinement of our P2P processes, applications, and data strategies. As a visionary leader with a hands-on approach, you'll drive standardization and innovation, collaborating with diverse team members and leading projects that enhance our procurement capabilities. Your passion for process optimization will be key as you work towards achieving and surpassing organizational objectives, ensuring your impact is felt across the company.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Collaborating with key partners (Business Areas, Engineering, Manufacturing & Finance) to streamline and refine the entire P2P process for Direct Material
- Leading the creation, implementation, and communication of the standard P2P process for Direct Material on Corporate Level across Siemens Energy
- Initiating and driving continuous improvements to enhance system and process efficiencies, using digital technologies and AI solutions
- Leading projects focused on optimizing and harmonizing the P2P process
- Providing expert guidance on process design, benchmarking, tool implementation, and system changes with our Process, Data and Application teams
- Defining and overseeing rules and guidelines for process compliance and internal controls, ensuring they are followed
What You Bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Longterm professional experience in Operation Procurement, Strategic Procurement or other Purchase to Pay (P2P) related roles incorporating ERP-based commercial elements, e.g. Contract, Purchasing Info Record, Source Lists or Quota Arrangements
- Proven track record of enhancing business processes, with strong leadership and project management skills
- In-depth understanding of P2P processes and supporting systems/tools, with a focus on digitalization and AI integration
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and drive innovation
- Excellent English language skills, fluency in German ideal
