Global Manufacturing Product Safety Expert

Introduction

As our global Product Safety expert, you will work together with EHS team of multiple sectors within ASML. You will interface with EHS managers and directors of these and be a partner for a number of departments or a large, diverse department/subsector with high diversity of activities.

Role and responsibilities

• Manages Product Safety for Manufacturing sector. Is part of or leads project teams to improve and implement worldwide product safety processes.

• Manages existing Product safety processes for own sector. Is part of or leads project teams to improve worldwide processes.

• Supports technical product safety competence area(s) within ASML.

• Develops and provides training framework for Manufacturing.

• Balances stakeholders to ensure the best decisions are taken for Product safety at ASML.

• Develops and leads Product safety improvement programs for ASML, based on trend analyses of data.

• Will be part of the Global Manufacturing EHS team.

Education and Experience

• Masters degree in relevant field

• 6-10 years of substantial, progressive working experience in several EHS work areas in technical industry, consultancy or national government.

• Has solid experience across different EHS work areas with specific expertise on product safety.

• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment on a tactical level.

• Customer focused (internal or external).

• Proven track record on stakeholder management (director level)
