Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in the area of computer science with 3 years post-related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
• At least 3 years practical experience of working experience within a large organization, including:
• • The operation, administration, testing and maintenance of software for modern information systems in a networked and distributed environment;
• Knowledge of operating systems that are currently used for modern information systems.

Desirable:

• Experience with Systematic's SitaWare Headquarters C2 application;
• Experience with server clustering, familiarity with PC hardware and networking techniques;
• Experience of software applications support and maintenance in the NATO or similar defence or civilian environment.

Duties/role:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining build and deployment pipelines;
• Assisting in testing activities;
• Managing change requests for software application releases and deployments as well as deactivations.
