Coloplast Business Centre (CPBC) in Szczecin, Poland, is one of the largest sites within the Coloplast Group, experiencing sustainable and successful growth over the past 15 years. Our organization consists of several departments that provide global support in strategic processes, employing approx. 800 people.
About The Role
Global Operations functions across the Coloplast group, including Global Labelling, Master Data, Regulatory Affairs Registrations, Biosafety, and Quality Reporting. Reporting to both the SVP of Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs in Denmark and the VP of Business Centre, you will set the strategic direction for the entire Business Centre's development. As a member of the core leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead Global Operations Support business area in the Business Centre that today consists of following teams Global Labelling, Regulatory Affairs Registrations, Biosafety, Vigilance, Quality Reporting and Master Data with total nr of approx. 70 employees.
- Close cooperation with Global Operations Leadership team on identifying key priorities for your team in short and long term planning. Being part of GQRAS Management team and contributing to the global priorities (GQRAS Objectives, GOP plans).
- Facilitate dialogue between functions to achieve optimal results; facilitate motivating activities to create an environment where knowledge is frequently shared across countries and functions to leverage the team diversity and experience.
- Set the direction & priorities for teams and ensure impactful execution and follow up
- Set the strategy for Product Master Data development and ensure seamless data flow in the organization with highest data quality (Product Master Data Domain Ownership); through process and system adjustments.
- Ensure Global Labelling processes are set and delivered in the same standard across the organization, drive development of processes and systems to make it as efficient as possible (IFU, Label process ownership)
- Ensure continuous process improvement and highest possible output quality (label, data, registrations); Proactively address challenges and ensure processes are fit for purpose
- Understand the business and internal business partners needs to ensure the department capabilities development is in focus to meet expectations to drive / ensure future business growth.
- Manage, allocate and optimize resource allocations.
- Drive competence development and skillset in the department according to the business needs, assess innovative solutions and methodologies to foster best practices, quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure good communication and alignment with internal business partners to successfully implement the agreed plans.
- Delivery best in class performance towards key stakeholders
- Partnering with various parts of Coloplast to capture processes/areas that can be transferred
Qualifications/ Competences
- 10 years leading large teams with proven efficiency, scalability tracks and achievements
- Experience to lead Global Operations processes or similar e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Master Data, Labelling
- Business development attitude with ability to learn new business area
- Strategic mind-set with proven execution records
- Quick learner with achievements track records
- University/Business School / Master degree. MBA preferred.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills
- Very good level of English writing and communication skills (it’s a Company business language)
- Ability to challenge leaders at all levels and to work in an international environment
- Good sense of humour
