About The Department

The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. The local People & Culture team consists of 17 great colleagues providing a variety of HR services, Business Partnering and administration support to the whole CPBC organization. Our scope covers wide HR expertise, Talent Acquisition & Management, EB, Learning & Development, Facility & Front Desk Coordination.

Who are we looking for? A person who is passionate about people and wants to develop within Talent Acquisition area.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing full end-to-end recruitment cycle with top quality, providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Giving support to all managers and team leaders within recruiting area
• Selecting advertising channels and publishing job advertisements, suggesting new recruitment sources
• Direct search, searching for and identifying relevant candidates through various search engines, social media
• Suggesting solutions or improvements to increase recruitment efficiency
• Collaboration with external job agencieswhen needed
• Participation in employer branding activities
• Administrative support for P&C department
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in running recruitments (white collars preferred)
• Experience from a recruitment agency or SSC will be an advantage
• Very good English skills
• Ability to manage full end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Good knowledge of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) and direct search techniques
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
• Experience of undertaking confidential work in a sensitive manner
• Positive attitude, communicativeness and building good relationships with people
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Last but not least…good sense of humor and team-spirit attitude!
