CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Location: Bydgoszcz

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders
• Communicate with suppliers to provide order updates
• Continuously stay updated on the latest processes and tools by following the regular training provided Job

• Strong proficiency in English
• Conversational proficiency in French or German. Knowledge of additional languages will be beneficial
• Literate in computer knowledge
• Problem-solving abilities combined with a keen attention to detail
• Readiness for shift work
